Okay, I love it when I can get them started by doing hte first reading-so here goes, using my Quest Tarot!
The chariot reversed, Father of cups reversed, The fool
this woman indicates that someone whom she was very close to, (father figure) was lacking in any self confidence, and I feel she was forced to step in and take care of him. I feel this is more likely her own father or s.o. However, it may be another male to whom she was very close to.
The Hanged Man, 7 of cups reversed, the sun reversed
as a result, this MP was forced to take on a role she was not either anticipating or not ready for when it came to be. The 7 of cups suggests that she had to grow up in a hurry, I think. Take on responsibilities that she may not have been prepared to take on. The sun reversed indicates to me that she may not have had a very happy life or very fulfilling even. she had disappointments in life.
4 stones reversed, 5stones reversed, son of cups reversed
the 4 of stones reversed shows that she had everything available to her to be happy and fulfilled, but she may have not been able to see the blessings she had before her. the 5 of stones rev., can be things did begin to pick up for her and improve, and possibly an offer was made to her that she had always dreamt about, but being beside the son of cups reversed, makes me feel like she had to give this dream up because of her responsiblities elsewhere. I feel like she felt cheated and probably took it out on the father of cups rev. above.

Great reading celticnoodle...you've pinned her down in a lot of ways.
These cards are great for her, the interpretation is just a tiny bit off. This could be one of a couple of older male figures who were important in this woman's life, depending on how you interpret them, but I think that you are probably right about them indicating her own father. I don't think that it was so much a lack of confidence as a lack of control over and comprehension of his daughter. She certainly took over control of the situation, though not so much taking care of him.
The Hanged Man, 7 of cups reversed, the sun reversed

Yes, yes, yes! All this is perfect. I believe she found her life quite fulfilling, but there were definitely many disappointments and lots of difficulty.
I feel like she felt cheated and probably took it out on the father of cups rev. above.
The first part of this is very good...I believe it indicates her early life. She ignored her blessings, her "calling", for some time before finally acting upon it. The Son of Cups is a good card, but I believe it means something slightly different here. She did not give up her dreams, and I doubt she felt cheated, but she probably did feel betrayed, and quite possibly felt that a lot was being asked of her.
Great reading, celticnoodle...you're definitely on the right track!

:D YEA! Cool! Thanks for the feedback. I'm off in an hour to a holiday party, so I'm not sure when I'll get back on to play some more, but I'll be back as soon as I can!

Last day at work! A spin with the ugly deck:
LOOKS: 7 Wands/ 8 WandsRX: I believe she looked proud, perhaps even vain. Serious, stern, ready for a fight. dark hair and eyes.
CAREER: 4 SwordsRX/ Chariot: She spent some time thinking about what she wanted to do before she did it. She planned and I feel- took precautions somehow- as she expected fallout from making her move. She moved in a very guarded way with fortitude and perseverance. She had trouble, but she finally won. There was much turmoil.
PERSONALITY: 10 CoinsRX/ 9 WandsRX: She angered her afamily and they may have even cut her off, at least for awhile- possibly monetarily. She took a chance and it was a risky one. She had obstacles and may have suffered ill health, or somehow the fight she had to go through may have damaged her health. I think she always bore scars.
SOMETHING SPECIAL: 2 CupsRX: Love wasn't easy and somehow played a major role. Crossed desires.
Don't know who this could be. I am inclined to think of a woman who became a queen after a strong father or other relative and who made a bad marriage for political reasons.

Yay, another player! Everyone's so busy over the holidays, this is probably going to be a slow one...
LOOKS: 7 Wands/ 8 WandsRX: I believe she looked proud, perhaps even vain. Serious, stern, ready for a fight. dark hair and eyes.
Vain was not something often attributed to her, but she was definitely proud in a way. "Serious, stern, ready for a fight" is absolutely perfect for her. Exactly what she looked like is somewhat ambiguous, but she is almost always portrayed as having dark hair and eyes, yes.
Excellent. Right on the money.
Not much is known about her family, but it has been said (and it would be easy to imagine) that her family - at least at first - was not particularly understanding or supportive of her actions. Her health was damaged in the fight, yes, and it is entirely possible that she had many scars. I do not think she was particularly scarred emotionally, although she would have been later in life, had she lived.
SOMETHING SPECIAL: 2 CupsRX: Love wasn't easy and somehow played a major role. Crossed desires.
Yes, this is a perfect card for her. This wasn't a romantic love, but it was just as passionate, and she was greatly betrayed.
Awesome reading, BA. You guys are so close! She wasn't a queen, no...and don't get too distracted by the clues about her father. He was said to have been a little domineering, but he is not how you know her.
