deck search: no frame and no words on major arcana

I saw a deck being used recently which I have not been able to identify. Maybe somebody can help? The Major Arcana cards had no border or frame at all - the design ran right to the edge of the card. They also had no labels, only their numbers. The designs were full colored, drawn images. They were based on traditional symbols but seemed to me especially stirring. (Death, for instance, showed a skeleton riding a horse and waving a bloody scythe, with decapitated bodies in the background!) Someone said it was out of print, but they didn't know the name. Does anyone know this deck?

sounds like it might be "the jungian tarot"... maybe? i have a copy, so i'll dig it up and check the "death" card.
