Ananda Tarot and Wicca Tarot

Hi all! I just received my copies of the Ananda and Wicca Tarots and although I just quickly ran through both of them I though I might share some first impressions with you. ANANDA TAROT: only one way to describe this deck ... breathtaking! It is a German deck, comes in a plastic box (like the Osho-Zen I think) and a book. The cards are labeled in German and the book (not LWB) is also in German. The Fool is labeled XXII not 0. I believe the correspondences are the same, and it may use Princesses instead of pages ~giggles~ would help if I could read German. The minors are pips pretty much but they have seens in the background. I believe this deck will be very intuitive, it really draws you in (even the minors). I believe most collectors would probably want to add this deck to their collection as the Art is just beautiful all the way through the deck and is consistent. I am so glad I got this deck, I think it will become one of my most favorites once we get acquainted well. WICCA TAROT: this deck is a Japanese deck and comes with a Japanese book (not LWB). I must admit that I purchased this deck due to its pagan theme, but on first glance I find the deck somewhat dark. The people seem to be brooding. Not sure how I feel about the deck yet. I think I will cut this description short until a time when I know the deck better. I got the Ananda Tarot and I love it a lot for its intriguing artwork. It is really interesting but I have not worked with it yet. I was also thinking about adding the Wicca Tarot to my collection.

Like I said I am not sure how I feel about the Wicca Tarot, but I think I will definetly add the Pagan 2000 (also available at the Tarot Garden). You might want to check that one out. Love & Light,
