a question about the Cosmic Tarot

Ok, to answer this question, you will need the Cosmic Tarot deck.

Take out the lover's card and the Queen of Swords. Place them side by side? notice anything???

Ok, if you still don't get this, to the left of the queens head, there's a window. Doesn't the image in the window have a strange resemblance to the lover's card??? Coincidence??? I think not!

So my whole inquiry was, does anyone know what this could mean....I was trying to think of a correllation between the 2 but came up with none. Maybe it has somehting to do with the Queen being an experienced person...since the loving couple is behind her, maybe she's like, "been there, done that." I was jsut wondering if anyone had noticed this and if they had any opinions on it.

duh...if I would have only read the book. Sorry, I am one of those people who get a present and don't look at the directions to see how to put it together...they wait unilt they have totally screwed up and then look at how to do it correctly. Ok, so nevermind, but if you still want to discuss it, feel free!

I dont have the deck or the book, now im curious, what IS the correlation lol

The book that comes with the deck in the boxed set states that the Lovers card is in the background of the Queen of Swords because the queen acts as a messenger or a matchmaker or that she can be a busybody and an ally in romantic intrigue. The book also says that this can be an image of happy days gone by or that the Queen can represent a person in mourning, separated from loved ones, or in exile.

I got the Cosmic Tarot without book and I never thought that there was much behind it (sorry, I do not like the Cosmic Tarot) but the book sounds interesting.

Following up on this, the Queen herself may not be interested in a long term relationship, hence the matchmaking tendencies. This is from the Jean Huets book.

Does anyone have the Clarson book?

Is Cosmic Tarot a waite clone deck?
I think the colour is a bit weird. They have a strange tint.
