Curious as to why these decks are your least favorite to read from:
- Difficult to determine meanings?
- Unattractive?
- Bad vibes?
- Other reasons...??
I also have a hard time getting into the Sacred Rose deck. The other deck I have that is difficult for me to relate to is the Terrestrial Tarot, which is just outright unusual.

Well, I just can't stand the art of sacred rose. Strikes me as tacky. The Fergus Hall, James Bond deck is an example of an artist creating a deck, without having a tarot clue.

Mine are Connolly (all positive, being a Justice personality card, at least usually, I like balance) and Thoth (Crowley is icky)

So far, I don't like the traditional Rider deck to read with, although I'm doing a personal course of study with it right now, as an in-depth refresher. Especially since so many of the decks I like right now are Rider clones, in one way or another.

The Merlin Tarot. It is all wrong! The numbering doesn't make sense, the Major Arcana are ok however the Minor Arcana use badly manufactured pip cards with only a key word as a clue... No wonder I got it so cheap...
I haven't been able to read with Thoth yet but I really want to... I think we just need to get to know each other a little better...

Well, I have 43 decks, and some of them I haven't found the time to read with yet! think my least favourite to read with is Haindl, cuz it doesn't speak to me very much, and kinda creeps me out, and the ShapShifter: Although this is a beautiful deck, it does veer away from how I see Tarot slightly... I'm not a big animal person anyway, so this deck really isn't my ideal buddy! I don't like reading from the Rider Waite cuz its very plain, and I am not too keen on the artwork, but I can read from it anyway.

Like Kiama I have too many decks to have read with each of them. My vote here, from the ones I have tried to read, goes to the Goddess Tarot. I do not know enough about all of the Goddesses for this deck to trully speak to me. I love the art, and perhaps one day when my knowledge is deeper I will have more luck with it. Another thing I have learned is that geneder balance is important to me in a reading deck.
As for decks I can read with but prefer not to, I would vote for the Raider Waite. I respect its contribution to Tarot and its value, but I would rather one of its clones (Robin Wood).

Least favorite is definetly Waite/Smith deck, I can't stand the artwork, although I can read with it.
I have the Templar Trot, I love the artwork, but til now, I don't think I can read this deck, that's why I brought it to 78DW study group and hope to get into it.
