My Mythic deck

Hi there, I am having some strange feeling about my Mythic deck. I like this deck very much. I find it very cool and warm. But there is some strange feeling with Minor arcana. All Major arcana gives me good feeling..somehow I feel they are looking at me, but I find Minor arcana are looking at me with no expresion , neither good nor bad. As if they are asking me 'who are you'? Does this feeling means I need to change my deck? Or it is I need to spend more time with present deck? Thanks ...Archana

Well, they probably are wondering who you are, I mean they are the Major arcana, and they are filled with Gods and Goddess, so i say take them out and use them, let them know just who you are, prove yourself to them hehe

I use this deck, and for me the minors don't work so well as the majors. Just a question- how long have you been using this deck? Has this feeling come on suddenly, or have you always felt that way about the minors? Sometimes you find that a particular deck just doesn't work for you. It seems that you only have a problem with a few cards. Take those cards and study them, think about why they give you a bad feeling. See if you can find something in them that you like (this exercise is a version of thirteen's least favourite card exercise). Hope this helps Lilli

I have had this deck for a few years & I love it. I use this deck for all my readings when asked to to read. I find they talk to my clients as well as to me. I found it easier to relate to them by visualizing myself on these journeys & in these myths so I may have a relationship with them. It doesn't happen overnight but it does become familar the more you use them.

This deck is still on my wish list but as I have a similar problem with my Merlin deck I understand what you are feeling. I solved this problem for me by using the Major and Minor cards independantly.

There is a workbook for this deck, you might want to give it a try and see if that helps. I would also recommend the work book Tarot for Yourself (by Mary Greer), where you will explore not only your deck but much about you and Tarot at the same time. Good luck!
