My husband bought me this tarot for my birthday. I was surprised and a bit shocked, as I know he doesn't like tarot. It isn't a deck I'd have picked for myself, as it is very bright, almost crude, in its pictures. (You can see some of them here: http://www.wicce.com/glastonburypix.html )
But, to my surprise, I do like this deck :) What clinched it for me was the 10 of staffs (wands). It shows a parent holding up a baby, and the keyword is 'responsibility'. I just love that - for me, it balances the huge burdens and unceasing work of parenting a baby, with the immeasurable rewards. And nothing else could convey 'unceasing hard work' quite as well as this :)
Has anyone else got this deck, and what do you think of it?
All the best,
FH

I haven't got this deck... Yet ;) but it is on my wish list. I fell in love with it after visiting Glastonbury last summer, and seing it there... Apparantly it contains all the myths an legends surrounding Glastonbury, so I think I would love this deck...
Have fun with your new deck!
