Hi, everyone --
I was in my local Barnes & Noble today, and they had a display by US Games which showed actual cards from some of their popular decks. On the cards for the Rider-Waite deck, I was amazed to see that the card titles, which in the past have been the charmingly funky hand-drawn ones by Pamela Smith, are now typeset. The cards looked otherwise the same and bore the 1971 copyright date.
I've actually never particularly liked the hand-lettered titles, but seeing them typeset made me miss the originals. Does anyone know, is this how US Games is printing the Rider-Waite deck now?

Hmmmm, I've got a pocket sized RW deck that I bought about 4 years ago, but I can't remember what the writing on the cards looks like. I'll have to go home and check - you've intrigued me!

My little pocket sized RW (which I don't use :) ) has type set letters. I bought it about 6 months or so ago.

I was in a store yesterday and thought to check. The pocket RW definitely has typeset titles now, on the cards as well as on the box. The miniature still has P.C.S.'s hand-drawn titles. I didn't check the regular deck.

My regular RW (Original with Tudor Rose) has the handwritten. It's only a few months old.

Can anyone please post an attachement to the two different types of fonts?
Thanx. :)
