Taromantic deck?

i totally agree with liliana...go and buy it :) i did a search with google and only found 1 website mentioning this deck...no info on it but here's the link if u want to look anyway; http://www.mabels.com/grimaudhtml/394156.html i'm taking a wild guess that it could be a french deck... :)

I typed taromantic into http://www.google.com and found that the info is mainly in French, as it is a French deck. Google does offer a translation facility, for what it's worth. The deck consists of 22 Major Arcana and 4 Aces. Published by 'France Cartes' http://www.france-cartes.fr/pages_anglais/index_anglais.htm at a price of 77French Francs. R Somerville seems to be selling it for £5. http://www.playingcardsales.co.uk/tarot7.htm I couldn't find it in dollars. It really doesn't look worth it to me. Hope this helps, FH

As FH posted the details... and part of the translation, I didn't. The deck is certainly not advertised for a game, but rather, divination. There are some traditions which divide the deck into two parts, the Major and minor Arcana, and use each in isolation for different purposes. What this deck addresses is the need for those who only want to obtain the Major Arcana (of the Marseilles Grimaud version, I'm pretty sure), with the four Aces (these are often used, even with a full deck, for confirmation purposes). Personally, I would opt for the full deck!
