i did a search with google and only found 1 website mentioning this deck...no info on it but here's the link if u want to look anyway;

As FH posted the details... and part of the translation, I didn't.
The deck is certainly not advertised for a game, but rather, divination. There are some traditions which divide the deck into two parts, the Major and minor Arcana, and use each in isolation for different purposes.
What this deck addresses is the need for those who only want to obtain the Major Arcana (of the Marseilles Grimaud version, I'm pretty sure), with the four Aces (these are often used, even with a full deck, for confirmation purposes).
Personally, I would opt for the full deck!
