Just wanted to give Bear & Company a well-deserved mention. Last week I bought the Phoenix Cards ("Reading and Interpreting Past-Life Influences" for those of you who've never heard of it) and was extremely disappointed to get it home and find it was missing a card (although there were two copies of one of the others). Otherwise happy with the deck, I e-mailed them to ask if they'd mind replacing it to save me returning the whole pack. The response was immediate - effectively, no problem, just let us have your address. So far so good. I forgot about it until today when there was a knock at the door and there stood the postie with a parcel - a WHOLE NEW PACK - (complete) deck and book together!!! I am impressed! And I'm off to play with it!

Wow! That was good of them! You usually expect just the missing card, but to get the whole pack really is something.... Now, you can use one deck for pretty pictures on your wall or something! Kiama
