Not quite sure what you're looking for. Do you want to see how different artists interpreted the card, or do you want to know what the card itself means?

oh .. Excuse me for the bad english from a frenchy =)
I'm looking for drawings of this card, or drawings of the hermit itself, not only on a tarot card. My research is not based on the meaning.
thanks

Are you looking for only one image or a variety of Hermit pictures? One way you can find images is to go to the home page of this forum (Aeclectic Tarot). You'll see to the right that there is a section where you can look at various Tarot decks. Go to that section and pick the option which allows you to look at "thousands" of tarot deck images. It will allow you to look at sample cards from different decks, one after the other, alphabetically.
Obviously, you won't find the Hermit image every time. The images are a sampling of cards from different decks, to give possible buyers an idea of what they look like. But some of these samples will offer images of The Hermit.
If, on the other hand, you're looking for only one, particular image, like the classic Rider-Waite image of the man with the lantern, then we can probably refer you to a learning website.

You can always get a copy of Led Zeppelin IV :D (ducking my head!)
Those of us with scanners may be able to help here (it's not just me, is it?...) Do you want a very classic Hermit, in a traditional style, an old guy in a robe with a staff and lantern? Or do you want to look at various different and unusual Hermits?

How about this one, which clearly connects an aspect of the Fool with that of the wise Hermit?

I can't determine if you are joking or not :/ Do you think it's not a good drawing ?
This picture is taken from a manga based on Tarot. I can find the site where the picture was taken from if you really want me to.

actually, I was serious... In my day-to-day life people frequently can't tell whether I'm joking or not, but I thought it was because I don't smile much. I guess it must be more than just that! :P The image looked like it was from one of the many decks on Tarot Garden that I lust after but cannot afford to buy. That must be a cool manga, too bad I can't read hiragana and katakana... :)

Hi, AxE!
Here's a couple of very different Hermits for you. This first one is from the Mythic Deck.
Peace,
Melvis

I'm trying to upload images here, and I keep getting this thing saying they aren't valid JPG files. I changed the image to binary so that it wouldn't have that weird Macintosh mojo, but that didn't work. Then I thought the file was too big, so I broke the image into the 4 separate hermits. Still no luck. Do they have to be really tiny or something?

I love the one from Templar :)
But he has no lantern nor staff ... the meaning of these objects is important isn't it ?

The Hermit (John the Baptist)
a cloaked and hidden figure stands in a grim land without comfort, yet the location is high and close to god. isolated, the figure has abandoned conventional values to listen to the spirit and find the inward light. the goshtly shadows of an illusory reality replace people. the Hermit is the teacher who points out truth in the chaos of life through reflection and introspection.
divinatory meaning:
withdrawal, isolation, self-denial; leaving the amterial world to plan and seek the answers; to find the right path. expect help and advice from a wise person or the inner self of the querant.
reversed meaning:
rejection of wisdom, the turning away of offered help; rashness, imprudence and bad advice. be suspicious of of the motives of others.
it depends if these objects are important. thats you who decides that. if you read the meaning of the card it's quite traditional, and the image, well yes, things you find in other cards miss, but i don't see that as a problem. if you want the lantarn etc, look at the hermit from the bota deck, thats has all the things you look for probably. artstyle is not so pretty there i think....

You're right ... Actually it has a meaning to me, and I want it to appear on the tattoo ... for the story, A friend of mine will tattoo me and he will do his own Hermit for me, but I have to show him what I want ... i.e a hermit from a real card, but in the idea I have about him.
It's so hard to explain in english :)
