Hi!
Speaking of Art Nouveau decks, I've seen the Matt Myers one, but am not sure of the Stella C. deck. Have you seen the Tarot Art Nouveau deck by Antonella Castelli? So far, that is my one and only, but I love it. Haven't been doing Tarot very long as I am a newbie, but the readings have been accurate for me. The deck is very feminine, although I've seen others post that it is gay-friendly as well. I guess depending on how you look at it. You can check out the deck here or at Tarot Garden.
Hope this helps,
Fairchild
BTW, I didn't pick out this deck, it picked me. If the deck didn't attract my attention, I would never have gotten into Tarot.
