Just discovered the Australian Dreamtime Tarot here on Aeclectic and I think it's beautiful...
Does anyone know where it's available?

I have seen it available here in in Australia! Don't know if it is available online though... If you want the details of the bookshop I can give it to you (take advantage of the terrible Aussie Dollar at the moment...). I'm sure you could probably email them your details and they might send it to you???

I am glad you located it! Congrats! :D
You'll have to tell us all what you think when it arrives... (Careful not to temp to many of the collectors though :P)

I have the Oracle of the Dreamtime, also viewable here on Aeclectic... I love the artistic style (it's similar to the Dreamtime Tarot but more detailed and neat), but it's an oracle deck, and it's round, so I haven't really worked with it...

I saw that one at a psychic fair last weekend and was tempted to buy it. But I prefer to stick to tarot decks right now.
Then again, I don't necessarily have to work with it, I could just get it for my collection... hmm, when is the next fair... :D

Tarotlady, *please* let me know when your deck arrives and if you like them! I have been coveting this deck for a looooonnnnnggggg time and was advised on tarotgarden it was OOP and would be expensive to get - so I am interested if this deck is the one you thought it would be! I'd order it now but my car just cost me $1200 (that's not an additional 0!!!), so I am trying to be a good girl and not spend any more money at present! I also have the Dreamtime oracle, although I have not worked with it yet.
But I suspect I will break down.....hmmmmm...how to explain this to hubby?????????

Why wait for a psychic fair?... I'll consider trading with you if you've got something I want (which is likely, as I have a really long list). What would shipping be like between the States and the Netherlands? Is it not worth it for us both?...

I would if it had been available from Amazon. But don't worry, I've also ordered two decks from Amazon and I did order them through the forum. So I did my duty...;)

I'm afraid I haven't got anything to trade at this moment, as I've only got two decks... ;)
But I'll keep it in mind, in case I do have something to trade.

Ditto. Jade, the link to the site showing it from aecelectic is not Amazon, and is in Germany. I started a search and came up blank. I contacted tarot garden and was advsied it was OOP.
So.....having found it at an online bookstore in Brisbane.....I took advantage of the Aussie exchange rate & went for it.

I came home from work today to find a little package from Brisbane, Australia waiting for me. The "Australian Dreamtime Tarot" had arrived!
Tarotlady, the artwork is beautiful. Kayne, I think you would be pleased. I haven';t had a chance to even attempt to read withit, but I really like the images.
Now here is the best surprise: I opened the deck and it was a collector's edition, signed by the artist!!!!!!
All for $38.00 AUD (including the international shipping charge), so it's like, dirt cheap even in Cdn $$$.
Tarotlady, have you received yours yet? We'll have to compare notes!

No, I haven't got mine yet. I got an email a little over a week ago saying that it had been shipped, so I am expecting it any day now... I hope tomorrow, because after that I'm going on holiday for a week, so then I would have to wait for another week to get my hands on it... :(

I got mine today, also signed by the artist. And it's lovely!!
At first glance, you haven't really got a clue what the cards are, but the nice thing is that if you start looking closely at the artwork, you will recognise the cards!
I wonder whether I will be able to read with it, I'm definitely going to try one time!
