I just bought the Aquarian tarot... I think I am starting to become a bit of hmmm.... how do you say it? Oh yeah! A COLLECTOR!!! AHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!! And it is all your faults! I have now bought two decks in two weeks - this is unheard of for me! I have also been searching in every book store I come across from particular decks. (Rohrig is No.1 on the list...) I was not even that fussed on the Aquarian although I do like it in a conservative sort of way (I could do a reading for my Grandma with this deck :D) Pollux made me buy it - thanks Pollux! :) Hmm... to think it all started out with a pure and enlightened intentions of finding the perfect deck... now I just want more!!! Hahahahahahahahahahahahaha *Kayne laughs manically* :D:D:D

Well, if it were up to me, of course, 8) everyone would have an Aquarian, whether they had caught the collecting bug or not. I think this deck is truly a must for a tarot collection of any size. Good move, kayne :)

kaaaaaayneee go to www.powells.com and order the rohrig set........... 10 dollars shipping is worth it, since the deck is 25 dollars itself, and this is the deck and book set, a 40 dollar value................. i recieved the aquarian deck from a friend as a gift. it is a vintage deck, from the 70:ies and well used and it just has such a lovely feeling to it. very curious and honest and playful too - even though the people on the cards do look sombre. i can't say i use it much though. that is what happens when you got too many decks. but i am very glad to have it and it is one of those decks i just can't trade away.

Kayne, I bought a used Aquarian a couple of weeks ago and the nice postman delivered it a couple of days ago...this deck is definitely a keeper :)

[/b] hi, i don't know if it is a first edition - but if it is not it must be pretty close to one. it is not an US games edition - it says on the back of the box: "published and printed by morgan press, inc. dobbs ferry, new york" and the year 1970. it has the original little leaflet that is the LWB, an additional leaflet with some ads for "the book of tarot" and the Morgan Greer tarot (which costed only $9.00 by the way) and curiously enough - it has two Chariot cards. all inside a box with a loose lid. what i love about it is that the cards has not only a great "aura" but also this really "cloncky" sound the them. i think it has to do with the paper in the card-stock. think it is worth any money? naah, can't sell it. adore it too much. i have to try it out with the gill! i haven't done that yet. i think you are on to something there:-)
