Thanks for the link! The art of the deck is trully stunning, but I must admit that I find several cards very disturbing, and I am just not sure about those aces ... I will probably eventually add it to my collection, but I honestly doubt I could ever work with it.

i have to agree w/ you, jewel. the art is amazing but there is an unapproachable abstractness to it. this would keep me from reading it. the majors aren't as disturbing as the minors. without a doubt, the artist is expressing very deep raw feelings thru her cards. sometimes our deepest unconscious images are disturbing while others are beautiful. in order to read these cards, would it mean we'd have to face our shadow self like the artist has? i think this is likely. i have been taking a class on enhancing creativity and abstract painting. i'm absolutely amazed at the power of the images and intensity of the colors i pull out of my unconscious. i imagine this artist is long in practice of pulling this side of herself out, examining it and putting it on canvas. i hope i can get to that place one day.

This deck will definately be a wonderful addition to my collection! I love seeing such original ideas and interpretations incarnate.
I can't say if I would use it all the time or not, I think, with this one I would have to discover what feeling I get from them when I use them...
I really love the style of illustration but I wonder if some of those desturbing images cropping up in a reading might scare me a bit... hmmm...
