what would you suggest for an Astrology Deck??

Hey all, I am just beginning to get into the astrology, and was wondering if anyone had suggestions for a deck that is associated with the astrology, or makes use of the astrology in it. Thanks!

Hi Phoenix, I have not really delved into astrology, and I am not sure if you are looking for a Tarot or an Oracle deck. A deck I have that I really like that makes use of Astrology is the Symbolon. The deck is also very lovely. It is published by US Games. There is also an oracle deck out by Linda Goodman, but as I have not seen or used this deck I am not sure how good it is. As for a Tarot deck using astrology, if I am not mistaken the Spiral Tarot uses astrology as one of its elements. Many of the decks will tie astrology and tarot together, that was simply the one that came to mind. Good luck on your quest for knowledge and the deck to help you stdy.

Jewel I agree with you (as usual LOL). I was going to suggest the Spiral as a true tarot deck. I had forgotten about the astrological aspect of the Symbolon, but I just love it!! It's definitely more of an oracle than tarot deck though.

Phoenix: Check out the One World deck, which is available through Aeclectic/Amazon, on this site. It's a completely 21st-century production, as it's computer generated. It's also totally oriented toward that tarot-astrology connection you're looking for. (Catboxer)

i just checked out the elemental tarot. it seems to be a tarot created around astrology. these authors also have the moon oracle and a new oracle in january called the oracle of the radiant sun. all seem to evolve around knowledge and learning astrology. check out the deck review here pix and the link to the authors' website for more info.

oh yeah! there's also the karma deck by monte farber that's based heavily on astrology. i have and would trade the book/card set for something so pm me if you are interested.
