I have the chance to pick up a tarot deck on Friday, but I am not sure which deck to get. I have a choice of three, but I need some advice. Which one should I get: Legend: The Arthurian Tarot, The Sacred Spiral Tarot, or the Cosmic Tribe Tarot.
What are your experiences with these decks?? Which is the most accurate???
Thanks!!!

All of them should be accurate, it really depends on which will work best for you.
Check out the deck reviews on this site for each of the 3 you're looking at & see if you like the artwork in them, that's going to be a major thing (it is for most people). You CAN buy all three, of course, but start with the one you have the most affinity for. Also read the review, they give it a certain number of stars for it's 'readability' and that might help too.
Each deck out there has it's own slant. Just find one that you feel really 'good' with & learn all you can about it. Oh, you can also do a word search on the deck name with a good search engine (I use www.google.com, it's very extensive) and see what others have posted about the decks. There are several review sites & personal web pages that discuss decks.

Well I have and like all three but if I HAD to list them in order to buy I think I'd do the Cosmic Tribe, then the Spiral, then Legend Arthurian.
But I really like all three so pick the one you like the best. They're all good!! :)

Don't blind yourself as to what other people tell you, really. Grab all decks, one at a time, and study the cards for a while. Look at the pictures, the details, the way the cards feel and well; your overall feelings towards them. After you did that I'm sure you'll be attracted to one of the decks (or; most attracted). Then its up to get the deck which looks most appealing to you. It really is not a question of "which works best". The way a deck works really depends on the person using it.

~Giggles madly~ that was exactly what I was going to say, but you beat me to it *ROFLMAO*. The CT rules! it is my ultimate favorite deck of all time (I have over 70 decks).
I love all of your choices for different reasons, which is why I am a proponent of the theory that all should be bought at once, and look around well to make sure that there is not one you are forgetting *LOL*. But alas, not everyone has this affliction to the degree I do .... Faunabay and Truthsayer do however *LOL*. Good luck!
Hey when you get your Cosmic Tribe could you do me a favor? Could you ask them if they have a spare Fool card. Mine has a flaw in it and I am really trying hard to find a spare (but refuse to get rid of the one I currently have as it probably adds to the special energy of my deck) ... but I want a non-flawed one too .... please, please .... thanks.

Sorry, Jewel, but I am getting mine at a book store, not a new age store. You may try emailing the publisher directly. People here have done hat to get replacement cards, and the companies have sent them ones.

i'd get the legend arthurian, spiral and i'd totally forget the cosmic tribe. unless i really change i will never own cosmic tribe. LAT is my fav. spiral is an okay deck--i'd go w/ the victoria regina or nigel or sacred circle or celtic wisdom before i'd go for the cosmic tribe! LOL but then that's one woman's opinion who is a bit on the "victorian" side! CT is just too wild for me!
now i do go along w/ sisters faunabay and jewel--if your heart calls out for those 3--give something up this month! how badly do you really need food and shelter, for example. you could join the 3 of us living on a street corner peddling readings to buy more decks and going to the local union mission for food. LOL ;)

cosmic tribe--very naked, high quality, quite "readable".
legend--very thematic, not so easy to read, quite beautiful.
spiral--very pretty, smallish cards easier to handle, more "readable" than the legend, but this deck's strength is in it's majors.
so, that's why you will eventually have to own ALL of them...

Everyone seems to feel this way about the Spiral's minors. Personally I like them a lot. I agree that the majors clearly had a lot more work put into them, and the minors do sort of feel like they're in their own club thematically, separate from the majors. But I really like the whole deck very much and find it easy to use. I love the mood of the art in general.

Qolus,
I agree! I happen to really like the spiral's minor cards. I like the victorian feel of them. :)

Ive grown out of the Spirals majors (not much into the Celtic mythology anymore) still like the minors a lot, but if you ask me the deck really shines IN THE COURT CARDS. I so adore the Princesses.

Totally agree with you!!! The princes of swords with all the air swirling around here.....
And the queen of cups and the queen of wands and...., and....., and....., and,..........:)
