I got opne too, and love it. So spiritual!
Not started to read yet. I think I will keep it for myself, and my spiritual growth... that kind of stuff. :P

i've got this one, too. quite a beauty! it gives nice gentle readings for querents who are easily shook up or just having a hard time. something about those soft pastels colors is so soothing. aeonx, i believe this one is OOP so that makes it an even better find.

truthsayer: you're right, it is OOP, so I was really lucky! I tried it yesterday, and it seems like we'll have a lot to share. :)

Wauw is it OOP
So my changes of getting replacement cards for the misprints i have on my Vision Quest are even smaller then i thought :(
BTW i think some of the spreads in the LWB are little gems!!!!

Ohhhhh my!!! I did not realize that it is OOP ... glad I have a copy. There is natural gentleness to that deck, that is very spiritual. When I look through it there is a calm that surrounds me. And I agree, the pastel colors are beautiful.

WHEW!!!!!!! glad you got this one. i remember the panic here the last time you thought a deck was OOP!! LOL i think it was the AE which many of us have since felt compelled to purchase...and those who don't have it are gripped w/ the worst anxiety of desire for it to come in!

Well, maybe I shouldn't say this... But Kiama was the one that pushed me to buy this deck, cos she got wind of the fact it was OOP!
Yes, the Princess of Wands herself...
It was on my list however, and when I saw it in the window... I felt a urge... *LOL*
Her Tarot-holic Force belongs to the Dark side I think... but I don't mind it! I really love this deck!
OH! And I was honoured to get one for Kiama too... So that her Colection would not lack one because of the OOP element...
*Pollux's just realised he's on his way to OOP-hunting...*

I don't think I will try it soon. I would want to see if there is a companion book, and possibly get it...
I have many spreads in my LWB. Think five or six. But they are quite general. AEONX!!! TOLD YOU A THOUSAND TIMES!!! JUST MAKE THEM UP!!! *LOL*
The ones included are, for example, a variety of the "Five Elements", of the simple cross...

I was thinking of the Mantegna Tarot!!!! *feeling really dumb*
OK, I'll check out the booklet when I come home. Btw, I really like the interpretations in the LBW. What about you?

*hmf* I know, I know! :D I do it all the time, but it's nice to get inspiration from different sources.

The LWB is really precous... It gives a nice description of the archetype but really American-Native oriented.
I love it! :)
I especially like the one for the Sun. I want some of that Sun in my life, NOW! :(

Well, I didn't know Bec picked it up and put it on his site. I don't mind though . :D
Actually I don't think I invented it completely. After all I was working on the the usual layout of "simple" cross... Can't claim I am the inventor I think :P

Well, I consider re-working a spread is creating a new one, so I give you all honors! :D I'll let you know how it worked for me, if I have the time to try it out before Thailand (I keep reminding you of this, don't I?? ;) ).

pollux, beware of the temptations of the dark side of the force! (imperial march playing in the background)
i find the LWB one of the best out there. to my knowledge there is no other companion book to the VQ. i've looked to no avail.
how are some of you putting those big cute pictures under your name on posts? an inquiring mind needs to know!

Look in the Citizen Chat section, Solandia's post, "Avatars."
