Hey, this is another one for the lovers of Art Nouveau or slightly erotical decks. Ok, the pics sometimes do not match the traditional tarot card meanings but it is nice to look at (and luckily not so comic-stylish like many other LoScarabeo decks).

Are there any links to pics of the cards? I like the sound of this one....

Hi Hon,
Just try www.tarotwelten.de but I have to admit that the colours are much softer than on the scanned pics. The cards are usual LOScarabeo standard size and shuffle easily.

No need to get cross with me, dear Pollux, pl go and complain at LoScarabeos (guess why I have so little of them in my collection? they offer either comic-Style or slaughter ;) ;)
B/W teh Primavera is called Tarot Art Nouveau in English by Caselli, I just found out in my research.

ok, i was just getting ready to ask b/c the tarot art nouveau is on my wish list and i thought it looked familiar. i do like this deck and want to eventually add it to my collection. so many decks-not enough money! LOL i have the matt myers art nouveau tarot so i find myself continuously getting the names mixed up b/t the 2. for the sake of clarity i may start calling it the primavera. it's interesting how deck names change from language to language.

I'm glad you posted that URL, that site's got some decks I've never seen yet. You have to dig through the names but look for the ones in German that are named after their artist.
Interesting stuff.

Glad you like it. Yes, there are some very interesting German decks available.
I also confounded the Primavera deck with the Art Nouveau deck by M. Myers (that is how "Ken and Barbie" were accidently added to my collection LOL).
Strange enough, in all other languages the Primavera is still called Art Nouveau apart from Germany.

Oh... I thought this one was different to the Tarot Art Nouveau, but it's not...
Whilst I love the artwork on the Art Nouveau, it just doesn't speak to me at all... It seems to me to be 78 pretty pictures, and not really have any Tarot symbolism in it... I dunno, I Just don't like it very much as a reading deck...
