Hi, I was wondering if there are any different versions of the old fashioned Marseilles Tarot and where I could see/get them. I'm interested in the original/historical designs but the in the deck on display at Aeclectic the Devil has its tongue sticking out and it's hard to take seriously :)
Thanks,
Persha

There are different versions of the Marseilles deck. Five that are currently in print are the (Spanish) Fournier, and the (French) Noblet, Dodal, (Marteau-)Grimaud, and Camoin.
I usually attach Camoin, Dodal and Noblet versions of the cards in the discussion on the Marseilles deck in the Marseilles Study Group forum, which everyone is welcome to join.
With regards to the tongue sticking out, it was a reasonably common representation, and a detail well worth noticing.
