Just ordered Vision Quest

Yipee!!! I just ordered the Vision Quest Tarot. Joan Bunning has it on her website for $16 shipped in the U.S. I know there had been some concern about it going out of print so for those of you looking to purchase it she just got in some more of this deck the other day. I can't wait to get it now.

GOOD CHOICE!!! GREAT!!! You won't regret it! The Deck is great!!! So spiritual!! And the LWB is a little treasure. Almost a book for the deck. Well, I'll stop now. I rambled about it soo many times! *LOL* Maybe I'll dig up old threads later... who knows... ;) Now you just have to wait for truthsayer to come over, and praise you. (Don't tell her you bought it because of her influence... ;))

Great!! You'll love it. The colours are so gentle and peaceful. Very spiritual and agree - the LBW is a good one. Hope you enjoy this deck as much as I do.

I just got the vision quest this week ! I bought it from an amazon marketplace seller but it took ages to get here, and now finally... It looks great, peaceful but also lively at the same time, and makes good use of natural elements. It has cheerful colours too. I expect it will be easy to read with, the symbolism on the cards is quite good. Hope you will enjoy this deck (I'm sure you will) :)

The Vision Quest just arrived in the mail. What a lovely deck. I look forward to doing a new deck spread with them later. By the way, Strega, where did you order your deck from? I just noticed it is out of stock at Barnes and Noble now too. My deck has 4 blurry cards. I will see if I can get them replaced. Otherwise what a super deck!!

I got two Vision Quests, one for me and one for Kiama... We found out Kiama's was blurry, and mine was not. Very odd. :confused: Anyway, I *only just* read with this deck, at candle light and with an amethyst opposite. What an incredible spread! Awesome, awesome, awesome. After the Gill fad, it is time of a Vision Quest fad (even though I doubt it will be successful, since VQ is for more popular than my favourite bi@th... *LOL*). There's a peculiar way this deck puts things. Even if there are very few strong images, it can't be said to be unbalanced. And maybe it is because of the images or the theme, but it almost always shows you the big picture, the higher plan... The readings are always set in a stronly spiritual and evlutive framework. Beautiful. WOWOWOWO!!!! Come on poeple, do like Strega. Get this deck. })

Hey Strega, Don't worry about the blurry cards, they are minor and do not attract from the beauty of this deck in the least bit. Even if I can't get them replaced I'll still love this deck. I agree with Pollux, cmon people order this deck!!

Momof3girls, I spoke to Joan yesterday about the blurry cards. She said she will replace it at no charge. You'll need to return the defective one, but she would pay the postage. US Games has a policy of replacing damaged and lost cards for free. Contact her for more info. :)

Hi all, there must be a thread about the blurry cards somewhere by me:) i think a called it agm agmuller.... I have contacted them and they are in the middle of printing the vision quest again...they promised me that they would send a new deck to me in three monts...so i'm still hoping cause that was in june.......keep my fingers crossed! O Pollux reading with this decks sounds great...i hope i can have the same experience soon!!!

Hi Maan, Just curious which of your cards were blurry. I only have 4 and they are all majors. I hope someone will replace them. Strega, You'll have to let me know if your deck was ok or blurry.

There where only the four majors..let me think card 1,2,7 and 8. It hwre only four cards but thats was enough to make me irritated so i could not read with the cards :(

The decks I ordered for my bf (LoTR and Vision Quest) arrived today. And guess what? :D :eek::eek::eek: !!!NO BLURRY CARDS!!! :eek::eek::eek: Me to BF: Are you sure? :eek: I made him triple check. He said it's PERFECT. :* P.S. You should've seen his face (on the webcam). Like a child opening his present. :D He loved them. :*

I also had no blurry cards at all !!! :) How do you like the lord o/t rings tarot ? I loved the books and movie, but i'm not too sure about the deck...

Hey Strega, I emailed Joan earlier and mentioned how you seemed to luck out with your deck and she decided to open another deck she had there and guess what???? She said the cards are ok and she'd exchange my whole deck or just the 4 cards if that's what I want to do. She said she wore gloves when examining it to keep contact at a minimal and if I'd still want to wait for a completely new deck when it gets reprinted I could do that too. I think I will just exchange it now....afterall, I've done trades with decks that have been used or looked at only once and it has never affected my readings. Just had to share my excitment.

We both love the books and the movie. I've seen the deck in a local bookstore. It isn't perfect. I don't like the game. The images are too small. And I can mention a few flaws like... why does so and so look like such? Why is this character chosen for this or that card? How much does the artist know about LoTR? :D But it made my bf happy. He seems to really like it. :D

Joan Bunning sent me the replacement deck for the Vision Quest and it had the same 4 blurry cards. Shucks! She felt bad about it and offered me any deck in stock at 50% off. I chose the Spiral Tarot deck and book and got it for $12.47....what a bargain!! Now I'm waiting for that one to arrive in the mail. Joan said she will send me a new Vision Quest when they get reprinted. She is such a sweetie!
