I've just got the Cosmic Tarot in a trade. I was wondering if any of you have it and what you think of it?
I love the pictures but I'm having trouble with the LWB which is in German. Does anyone know where there is information about this deck online? Or have you got any information about it?
Some of the minors puzzle me a bit and I'm wondering if it would be worth getting a book about it.
Any thoughts from anyone would be welcome.

Hi,
I just got the Cosmic Tarot in German in trade..I LOVE IT...
loved it so much didn't bother researching the deck. It is based on the Rider deck so I had to go back to my books for a quick review.
I think I will look into getting a book (in english)..in the mean time, I am using what I know about the Rider deck to read this one...
good luck,
CJ

I just got it and the book at amazon too, mine are in engish tho lol, if people pm me their email adress Ill see if i can type out the lwb in english and send it to you
It was the deal of the century for me, i was going to get it in a trade so i looked at amazon at the books and saw someone has the main one (not signposts but i want it) for 3 dollars, i went and looked and it said book AND cards! I emailed him like 32 times to make sure, and i got the full deck, lwb, and the main cosmic book for about 6 including shipping, only the deck is missing its box, not too big a problem considering :)
I still havent got to studying it yet, i got osho zen and merryday in other trades and been having too much fun doing my numerology with the merryday book, but after that Ill be working with the Cosmic

i'm pretty sure the one w/ the movie stars is the clarson book--signposts along the way. i've got it on my amazon list for my cosmic tarot. we talked about this before and that's when i added it to my amazon wish list.
i really like the deck. it looks done in pen and ink w/ some soft colors. it seems to follow along w/ the rws for the most part if you want to use it before you get the book. the book is around $10 at amazon.

I've taken Ravenswing up on the offer of a lwb email, so that should help. It might be an idea to get the Clarson book anyway, from the sound of it...
They are lovely pictures and it strikes me as a really fun deck. I did a new deck spread and it came out as:
What do you want from me? King of Cups
What will you teach me? Queen of Cups
What will our relationship be? Princess of Wands.
I found that a very promising first reading :)

Hi
I have the book called "Cosmic Tarot" bye Jean Huets, i dont know how it compares to others but i used to have this deck and book years ago which i burned and then not long ago purchased it again cause i felt most drawn to it.
This book describes each card of the Major Arcana in terms of "The Cosmos, " "The Human Community," and "The Individual." The discussion of the Minor Arcan focuses upon our personal lives, our ambitions, hopes and fears, with special attention to our relations with other people. I am quoting the back of the book.
I really love the images of the cards especially the high priestess and I never knew that most of the images of the people were movie stars to be honest and knowing it now i still dont really see them as being "Clark Gable" or "Tom Cruise".
Although im a beginner and now going to take studying the tarot seriously i have found that some cards especially the minor cards are confusing in the intepretation with say for instance joan bunnings intepretation of some cards, so i recently managed to get hold of a rider waite deck that i can start to learn properly with, however i will still use my cosmic once i get a bit better with it all.
