I received the Tarot Nova today, which I had bought on eBay, but it turns out three cards are missing... The seller clearly indicated on eBay that it was a complete deck, but obviously she didn't check it.
Of course, I emailed her about it right away, but I haven't had an answer yet.
I'm so disappointed, because I really like the deck!! :(

I am so sorry to hear about your eBay experience :( I hope that you hear from the seller soon.

Well, I've received a reply from the seller, and she was very kind about it: she immediately reimbursed the full price for the deck!
And yes, I'll try the publisher now. It's Running Press, right??

yeah running press, if you go to their site you can find an email adress to write to, might take a few days to respond but they will, include your snail mail adress in the letter so they dont have to write back and forth a couple times

Ok, thanks, I've done just that. I have already received a confirmation that they got my email and that they have forwarded it to Customer Service.
Now I'll just have to wait and see...

Well, it's nearly three weeks now since I wrote them. I did get a confirmation right away that they had received my email and that it would be forwarded to their customer service department, but I haven't heard anything since...
I sent them another email today.

Dear tarot nova-ists,
I have an extra "page of cups." If anyone needs it I'll be happy to send it on.
Let me know!
I'm enjoying this deck--so cute and very portable. The "advice" in the book it pretty weird, so I essentially ignore that aspect of the deck.
I saw a journal at Barnes and Noble that uses the tarot nova as tiny illustrations on the lined pages. Didn't buy it, but it is attractive.
All the best,
"Flowering"

Thanks for the offer flowering!
But I'm missing the King of Wands, the Queen of Swords and the King of Swords. Anyone else got a spare one of these?? LOL

I just bought a copy of this deck, it was in a gift box with a little palmistry book too. I am happy to say that all cards are present and accounted for. Though I didn't really like the LBW that came with it. Very weird meanings.
Does anyone know if this deck will be going OOP soon? I found it in the 'discount bin' of my local bookshop for $12. It seems to me that once an item hits the discount bin it is either repackaged or deleted from stock.
Cheers
Kath

I think it`s recently been repackaged as a tarot `kit`, without the palmistry book.

i bought the tarot nova at barnes and noble. they had a stand full of various "mini kits". mine was $8 and as far as i know, it's the full deck. i really like it. it came in a portable little box with a little book of meanings. it is an adorable deck. just perfect for people with small hands or children.
