Hello, I signed up yesterday and thought I'd introduce myself. I'm Willie, 22 yrs female student/artist/lunatic... I designed and photoshopped my own set of cards (78) over the course of last year, and now I finally have a page up which displays them and lets you do online readings. It's meant especially for those new to the tarot, although I hope it's worth a look for experienced readers (or deck collectors) as well. I want to invite you all to have a look and tell me what you think, especially if you think there's anything that should be changed to improve the site, or even the designs. The scripts I wrote for this page are easily adaptable to other decks, as long as all the cards are the same size and numbered jpg's. (00.jpg, 01.jpg, 02.jpg, ...) I was thinking, there must be others out there who have a set of computer images they'd like to use as cards. Maybe we could set up a sort of network of sites displaying original, interesting or unusual virtual decks. Well, if people are interested anyway. And if I can find the time. I've always had more ideas than time to execute them. Anyway. I hope you'll have a look, and tell me what you think. http://www.tarotcards.tk

Willie; Welcome to Aeclectic Tarot... looking forward to reading more of your posts. I really like that deck of yours!! I like the way you've blended simplicity of design with the basic imagery of the Rider-Waite-Smith designs. Very well done! Have you considered trying to have the set published as a real deck? I think it is one I would surely consider buying.

Wow, such enthusiasm. :) I'm glad you all liked it so much. I would like to try and have the deck published actually, but I have no idea (at all) of how or where to start. Any tips? I'll check out that tarot creation group as well. Cheers. :) Willie
