Oooh, I'm so happy! My new World Spirit Tarot just came today (early, too). I read the book real fast, spread the cards out all over the floor, then shuffled a few times. I did the New Deck Spread, and got the following:
1. What wil you teach me? The Star
2. What wil I need to do? Ace of Swords
3. What will our relationship be? 2 of Pentacles
I read the above as 1- this deck will be teaching me to be optimistic and hopeful. I've really been trying to develop my natural intuitiveness and pay more attention to my surroundings, be more alert. This deck may open up different ways of seeing things. 2- I will need to keep focusing on keeping my mind sharp, always exploring new thoughts and information. The potential is there, I will have to keep working at it. 3- Our relationship will be balanced for the most part. The LWB states "She shows you how to combine outer achievements with inner growth, allowing one to feed the other."
:) :) :) Pretty good, huh? :) :) :)

I LOVE my World Spirit, and I think I've managed to convince quite a few other people to buy it as well. Great deck. I'm so glad you are joining the World Spirit fan ranks.

Thanks, everyone. So far, I really like it. My husband thinks the Sun card looks like Richard Nixon, my son thought it looked like Al Gore! I'm really having fun with it, I think it's kind of interesting that the creators didn't assign specific meanings to every symbol, and leave some of it up to the reader. I think you could have a more personal relationship with this deck.

I love this deck. I recently gave a few friends some readings in an airport with it. I took the deck along to give my friend a reading just before she jumped on the plane for Cork, Ireland with the man of her dreams who she met online... and then I gave readings for nearly everyone who also came to see her off. I felt like the multicultural influences of the international airport were perfect when working with this deck! :D
btw - I love that wise sun baby!!! :P

Jeanette;
Congrats on the new deck! Actually the World Spirit is one of the decks I was considering a little while back as my second reading deck (before I got caught by the Röhrig Tarot ;) ). From the sounds of the new-deck reading, it should work out very well for you...

When I see the mouce it reminds me of the fable about the mouse pulling the thorn from the Lion's paw. There are so many little things like that in this deck! :D

Ooh, I hadn't thought about the mouse and the lion from the fable! Interesting.... any other insights?!
