Hi, Gang!
Thanks again to all of the folks who responded to my call, about two months ago, for information on what AGM titles you wanted to see made available in North America again.
Since I promised not to bombard anyone's personal e-mail when I had more news, I'll just make a quick post here. In brief, we were mostly successful in our attempt to bring a limited number of these titles to this side of the Atlantic, at prices that should be on par with the cost to order them from overseas (with shipping costs taken into consideration).
Below is the list of AGM titles that are no longer directly distributed in North America. I've indicated the price for the ones that we were able to obtain. (NOTE: the prices do not include shipping costs, which are typically $4.50 USD for a single deck mailed to addresses within the U.S. or Canada.)
We also were able to obtain a limited number of Urania Verlags deck/book sets, including the Ananda, Management, Tantra, and Zukunfts tarots, that we can offer to Aeclectic members at a special price (please inquire). For further information, drop me a line anytime at info@tarotgarden.com.
Thanks again,
-- Jeannette

Hi Jeanette! Thanks for continuing to keep us posted ;) Does this mean the Kalevala is also out of print from U. S. Games? ...And, for matters concerning aeclectic, do you prefer to be contacted via pm on aeclectic, or via email?

Qolus:
U.S. Games hasn't offered the Kalevala for some time now. I can't say for sure that the Kalevala is out of print, but I'm not sure why we weren't able to get the Kalevala along with the rest if AGM is still publishing it. 'Tis a bit of the mystery.
As to contact: either Aeclectic PM or direct e-mail is fine, although in general, you'll probably get a slighly faster reply if you contact me directly through my Tarot Garden e-mail (jkr@tarotgarden.com, or info@tarotgarden.com, or sales@tarotgarden.com -- right now, I'm answering all e-mails except those directed to Lori's personal e-mail address of lsd@tarotgarden.com).
Thanks!

oooh... always nice to hear that a deck I bought reasonably is now a hotter commodity. okay, I'll admit it, I'm kind of a shark about OOP decks. })

Hi Jeannette, I noticed you have the Golden Dragon as unavailable ... Tarot Garden can get this title right? I thought I saw it on your site as "re-order pending. It is a deck I really want, jut not the right time to purchase it right now.

Jewel:
That's a good question. I thought I'd be able to reorder the Golden Dragon, but now I don't know. Because I figured I'd be able to pick it up as part of this "special order," I didn't order any copies the last time I placed an order with our regular European supplier for this deck.
Now that I've discovered I couldn't get it from AGM directly, I'm not sure if that's a harbinger of its general inavailability elsewhere. For cash flow reasons, I'm probably another 30 days out from placing another order with our "regular" Golden Dragon supplier again, but if they have it, I'll definitely be picking up several copies.
We do have two sealed copies of the precursor deck to the Golden Dragon, known as the "Tarot Chinois." It is the same cards, but majors only, with the card titles in French.
Sorry I don't have more definite news for you. I'll try to keep you posted.

~Cries~ NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! not fair! ... If you are able to reorder in 30 days please hold a copy for me, and let me know how much I owe you. I am in panic mode now. *LOL*. I want the full deck not majors only (talk about picky! :P). ~Mutters something about knowing she should have ordered earlier~ ... Thanks for your help Jeannette.
