I've been browsing webpages and seeing samples of the
Brera-Brambilla Visconti
(a.k.a. Brambilla Contessa di Mazzarino)
and...
Colleoni Tarot Deck
deck, yet I can't find where they sell the cards.
(P.S. I tried Alida, and Trigono) and they still don't have it.
I saw these decks at Andy's Playing cards.
Anyone? Really. I'm most desperate for it.

Sorry, I don't even know this deck !!
I think you'd better check www.tarotgarden.com, even if they don't have the deck you could mail them and ask, they have an awful lot of info and I always found them most helpful.
Good luck, hope you'll find your deck soon !
O yes, I would also keep an eye on e-bay and don't give up.

Tarot Garden also has a search service. Just make sure if you purchase a deck from them to let them know you were referred to them by Aeclectic so that a percentage of the sale will go to maintain this web site. I have done quite a bit of business with the Tarot Garden and my experiences have been excellent! I highly recommend them. Good luck finding your decks!

Over at www.tarotpassages.com they have a review with a few suggestions on where to connect to get this deck, I'll post here what they say but you may have to go over there to make some of the URL connections since they don't come up on the cut & paste properly.

Availability: An online search turned up the German publisher Buchhandlung
Walther König, who offered this book for sale in their 2000 catalog. I have no idea if it is still available, but if you can write German it would be worth an inquiry.
Another German site, the Heidelberg University Library, has an online order form for the book. However, I'm not sure if they are actually selling it, or just charging to make copies. It's hard to tell since I don't read German. Also, it looks like they might prefer to deal with people within the EU. Go to the page, and then scroll down to "I Tarocchi."
The Pinacoteca di Brera site does not include information about their bookstore. However, they might be able to tell you if the book is still available and if so, where. Their web site is in English, so they might be able to answer an English language letter. There is no e-mail address on the museum's web site, so it would have to be a postal letter.
A source for the catalogue was provided by Martha Tilson. Cost, including basic postage to the USA, was $26.86.

Black and white copies of the Brambilla are seen in Volume I of Stuart Kaplan's Encyclopedia of the Tarot. Mantegna samples as well in the first volume.
Most people seem to prefer Volume II for the full history of the Viscontis and more color samples. Hopefully you can find them at a new age style bookstore so you can browse which one might work for you.
The Art of the Tarot, I believe by Christina Olson, a $5.00 gift book, is the only small resource that I've seen that has a few color examples of the incomplete Brambilla deck, along with many other examples. She's an art historian.
