Knapp Hall & Vampire - OOP?

I just saw these decks on the *only* shelf of the *only* bookstore selling tarot cards - but just imagine how excited I am now to be able to say such a thing myself, as you other guys so often do!!! :D *LOL*
Thay looked a bit old and battered actually... *LOL*
I want to know, are they OOP?
I know Knapp Hall is rare at least, or something like that.
For the Vampire deck I just did not remember... :P
I don't want them, but I could buy them for swap or trade... })

I doubt very much the Vampire is OOP. But I think the Knapp Hall is. IMO I'd get the Knapp Hall but forgo the Vampire! Just my 2 cents. :D
Actually a week ago I would have jumped on this! I've wanted the Knapp Hall for awhile. But I just bought one on ebay. LOL If the seller ever gets me the correct postage amount I'll actually beable to get it!!! ???

I don't know if I'd classify the Knapp-Hall as rare, but according to the information I have, it is OOP.
The USG Vampire Tarot is still in print, and readily available.

Let's be honest, if someone wants this deck it is not because of its esthetic value...
But just because it is OOP... :P
Unluckily Kiama and Faunabay, the only unters that I know, got it already.
