what's the name of this marseille deck?

Fortunately, it has its name attached - for once I posted an attachment which would later make identification easier! It is the Conver deck, and available form three publishers:Héron in France;
Camoin (on thick cardboard), also in France; &
LoScarabeo in Italy. Though my favourite is from Héron, there is little difference between it and LoScarabeo's. I have all three, but would only recommend the Conver from Camoin if you are interested in having quite a thick deck without plastic coating (please note that this is from the Camoin publishing house, and is different to the Camoin Marseilles).

Is this the deck published as the "Ancient tarot of Marseille" from Lo Scarabeo?

Yes. Lo Scarabeo also has its own Tarot of Marseilles; that is a different deck from the Ancient Tarot of Marseilles. The deck you want is this one and not this other one.
