Here is an interesting site belonging to Leon Jacobowich. He has designed a set of Watercolour Major Arcana.
http://pws.prserv.net/leon/
When you get to his page go to the Tarot Articles link and you'll see the Watercolour Tarot there.
I hope this works because the last time I pasted a lonk here, it didn't. Good luck. I think the site is called Tarot22.

i got to the site, just fine, and ... it's Pretty Great! i'll pursue, further, "on the morrow..."
i've been painting watercolors (lately, tho, g.:d.: t.o.l. scales, sura'! ugh..."work...") of all court cards (just finished the q of pentacles [for the fifth time!] ... onto cups [out of "order," i know ... "like everything else," in my life!]), but THANKS, for this!

I know I am the judgemntal type, and most of times I should shut up... *LOL*
The point is I don't like this deck much - the images are pretty nd the colours too, but I don't think I would use it or my collection needs it. I mustadmit that some details are interesting anyway and original - gotta love Hermit and the World! :)
I also wonder if you could easily find one in shops.
I recall there were a couple of other watercolours decks discussed in the past... And one was the Illuminated Tarot I think - but I may be wrong, and may it is not watercolours...
I can't find it in the archive, the Search option is not helping me.
It uses Rider Waite images and scenes, but newly coloured from the authress (;)) to good effect I must say.
Maybe Lee will be able to help - I know he's particularly fond of it! :)
And I forgot to say that there's a whole bunch of people on here that wanted the Aquatic Tarot published.... Will we ever see that day?

The Illuminated Tarot is painted with acrylics. The artist, Carol Herzer, says on her website:
"I taped each card down separately to a piece of thick cardboard and started to paint with acrylics, applying certain techniques of painting I learned in Austria from Ernst Fuchs, who taught me the misch technique, a 15th century painting technique using layers of colors. I gradually built up the colors and effects, working to create space and light. I let my imagination go and added elements of energy and rays of color and light."
You can see the deck at her website, here.

i like this deck very much. i like the softness and gentleness of it. the colors are nice. i think i could read this one w/o problem. i may take the artist up on his offer and print a copy for my personal use. i think he did a good job especially since he whipped them off in a week.
