This link was just forwarded to me by one of my friends from the tarot costume ensemble, who received it from someone she met at the competition:
http://www.annabeth.co.uk/playtarot/gallery.html
(Those are Playmobil figures -- Playmobil is sort of a Lego "clone" product, for those who care about such nuances.)
I guess it just goes to show what a tarot enthusiast will do, left with too much time on his or her hands -- LOL! :D

That is amusing! And very good images, too. Playmobil Could some of those cards as advertisements.

I love those cards! What fun :)
Do you think anyone will ever produce them? They would make a great promotional pack.

I loved playmobil as a child ... and I'm ashamed to admit it, I still do. If ever this was published I would probably move heaven and earth to buy it ... I'm considering 'attempting' to print the images and 'create' a pack ... fun nights in with the 'playtarot'. It's the perfect combination of my child (inside) and my adult persona.
My other love is Kinder eggs ... What do you think of 'KinderTarot' ... they do a lovely range of 'handpainted dragons' ?

I love this! LOL It's adorable, and this person obviously has WAY too much time on thier hands. :)
I'm curious... what's a Kinder Egg? I probably know what it is, but maybe in the states we call it something else?

What ? No Kinder eggs in America ?
They are little chocolate eggs that contain a 'suprise' toy inside them ... I think that they are a european thing ... apparently some people collect the toys ... but I wouldn't know much about that (hmmm).

This deck is inspired!
I LOVE this!
I WANT this deck!
Completely delightful. Tarot fanciers should print these out and laminate them for their own use.

In america we had kindereggs for a very short time as wonderballs. but, we sue happy americans ruin everything and someone complained that kids could choke on the small prizes inside, so now they just have stickers in them. my mom has some real kinderegg toys tho, they are amzing all the small parts to make some of those little things
:THP

I think this deck must appeal to the inner child in me lol, I'd love to see it as a full deck - it is in a class of its own :)

Corrrrrrrr .... how cool is that deck, lol, I want one, I want one!
I love it, in a very immature way, lol.
I used to love lego and playmobile and action man and barbie .... but if I was given one, it was never the same as looking at the advert or the box, because they had 'special scenery'.
This is why I like this deck, you don't get a boring figure, you get the scenery too, and that breathes life into it.

I like this deck it is so cute!!!
If it were published I think I would get one at once, at least this is what I thought when I first saw the images - via link in a email of CompTarot.
Some cards, like empress and feel, are so well-done!!!
I used to be both a Playmobil and Lego fan - Playmobil more as a kid and Legos later on, a kind of 4th grade fashion... *LOL* I had almost every item of the Far West series - a fort, a shop, a grocery and other buildings making up the town, and the tents and the camp site of the indians. I hated playing war - even cos I was mostly alone and couldn't perform very well - so my community was respectul of the native and theur culture... :D

You can use Lego as bricks and attach them to one another, but not Playmobils... These are less creative, you basically buil what you are supposed to do, more like assembling walls and putting in furniture. Lego is entirely another kettle of fish... }) *LOL*

So cute! I've always loved Playmobil. I have a Playmobil witch sitting on my monitor, and the cute fairy from Temperance is on my desk along with another figure. :-) If this deck was published, I'll probably find a way to buy it. lol! Thanks for posting the link.
