New Hoi Poloi

One of the gems I got from ebay recently was a Hoi Poloi deck. It is almost RWS in style. I love the colors. It's ashame that I'm afraid to use them since they look 30 years old. They are in very good condition for 30 years old. They have a slight bend to the whole deck. It is definitely varnished card board.

Does anyone know why the queen of wants is the only one in the deck with a halo?
