The Star System for rating decks

I have often found myself perusing the Deck section of Aeclectic Tarot. Of course, the decks with 4, 41/2 and 5 stars attract my attention. But I've often wondered who is rating the decks. At first I thought it must be the various reviewers except (a) some decks are not reviewed, and, (b) sometimes a mediocre review is paired with a high star rating. What gives? Lawguy51

Solandia rates the decks, but this is based on her personal opinion.

Wow, how does she manage to get her hands on all of those decks? She must have quite the collection! :D

Hmmm, I am not quite sure if she has all of those deck, or if she bases her opinions on te pics sue uses.
