There is an interview with the ladies that created the World Spirit Tarot on Aeclectic. They answer 2 very pertanant questions I noticed a lot of owners of this deck had concerning the 10 of Pentacles and the Sun card. I have already 'given' the man a pair of shorts, so it's too late to go back, but they did have specific reasons for leaving him naked. I am overwhelmed with curiosity about the Sun card after reading the interview and responses - anyone know where I can view a scan of the Sun?

The pantless man never bothered me. Allways looked to me as though he doesn't even notice he's pantless. He doesn't care, no one else (on the card) seems to notice, why should I be bothered. However, whenever I see the sun baby in my minds eye I remember it as though it had it's index and middle fingers raised in a victory salute. Remember that photo of Nixon? Fortunately now that I've got the deck (and love it by the way) this mental image of mine seems to be fading. And after reading the interview I see the sun more as a just a baby. I also don't think that's chest hair but skin folds or a dimple from baby fat. Still think the crew cut looks weird. I try to keep in mind that we all were babies at one time and all have that experience in us still. And the within the baby is the seed of the adult that will be. Thank you again Tarotlady, for an enlightening interview. Woof

*blushes* So busy linking picture of Sun card, I completely forgot to read the interview... It's a good interview, lots of questions I had were answered. I also liked getting a sense of the creators' individual personalities. The deck really feels like a composite of the two of them. Thank you for interviewing them, Tarotlady! :) Hedera.
