The only one I can think of which these types of decriptions actually on the cards themselves would be the Grand Ettiella, but it is less a Tarot deck more a divination deck, created by Ettiella around the middle fo the occult revival I think, in an attempt to return the Tarot to its original 'Egyptian roots'.

Oh I forgot!
I think there's a Starter Tarot with Marseille (or was it RW?) pictures and a paragraph being each.
But at that point, why not buy a book? :p

i think that the quest tarot has a way of determining such information. check out the threads on the quest in the archives. it's by joseph martin.

I think most decks leave it open. If they said a blond haired, blue eyed lady & you're doing a reading for a Hindu family member....sticking to the 'book' will limit your choices that you can get from the deck. That's why most courts go by aspects rather than firm descriptions.

yes. there are times when you need a specific description...in the past I've found it handy. I goin get one of these decks and use it alongside my other one. thanku !!! It's handy to have you all in here to pick your brains......
