I've seen this deck for sale in a French language bookstore, but there were no sample cards. Does anyone have this deck? What's the deck about? Is it a standard 78-card tarot deck? Are the pip cards illustrated? Wheh ... so many questions, eh?
Thanks in advance. :)

Rusty Neon: Could you describe the box that you saw? And do you know the publisher?

Does this deck have a mainly black cover? If so, it might be a translation of the Tarocchi di Colori. This is an Italian deck I got recently, with titles in Italian and English. If this is the same one, there are 78 cards with figures consisting of blocks of bold color in the RWS style.

I'm sorry I don't recall the name of the creator or publisher. It came in a flat plastic wrapped, sealed pack (possibly with a book as well) rather than in a conventional deck box. (I should have bought it as it was selling on clearance sale for the equivalent of about $5 U.S. as I was and still am curious about the creator's concept.) I don't recall whether the creator had a French name or not. I realize I am not a large source of info as regards this deck. :)
I'm curious now as whether the deck I saw was the French version of the deck of which Gerbear speaks.

It didn't come up on a Google search of "le tarot des couleurs"...lots of sites related to the use of colours in tarot, but nothing for a specific deck by that name; it's not at Tarot Garden or Amazon, either. :(

Hi Gerbear ... Thanks for replying. Maybe yours is essentially the same deck. Does this deck have illustrated Two to Ten cards that are RWS clones but vividly illustrated?

I don't recall the packaging vividly, but, unfortunately, I think this might be the _Tarot des Couleurs_ that I saw:

(This site shows a picture of the front of the pack.)
If so, it's a good thing I didn't buy it, as it has only 13 cards in the deck !

I'm still curious what's printed on these cards.

From your link, it's not the 'di Colori' deck, although it is somewhat similar. The one I won on ebay is at the Alida site, and I've only seen it there and at il Trigono.
