Looking for a certain tarot deck...

Hi, I'm just getting into Tarot and have started learning it. I want to get a deck for myself but don't know which one to get. Does anyone know what decks have what I'm looking for? Here's what I'm looking for in a deck. 1) Cards are durable with rounded corners. 2) Card designs similiar to the waite tarot ( I see alot are) 3) Clear, colored illustrations that represent the name of the card. (Lovers look like a couple, Strength shown with a lion) Thanks for your imput :)

I second World Spirit - or Spiral. I suggest checking them online before buying them at any rate! Aeclectic Database RULEZ! You might find wonderful works there - maybe the perfect deck for you! ;) Right now I feel like the only weirdo that goes through it all constantly... *lol*

Hi Rojin, There is also the Universal Waite, Hanson Roberts, the Diamond, or the Morgan Greer - they are all Rider Waite clones. :)

I started with the Hudes deck, which fits your description. I've recently passed it on to a friend who is just learning because I think it is a great starter deck.

hi and welcome ! i'd go for hanson roberts' universal tarot. same pictures than rider waite that is same symbols exactly, but re-colored so that it makes it lots nicer to look at ! kissa

Wow! What a response! I like to thank you all for your insight. I checked out the decks you suggested and decided on either Universal Waite or Hanson-Roberts tarot. I'm kinda steering towards Hanson-Roberts :) :):):):) Thanx again for your help people! :):):):)

As much as I hate the syrupy sweetness of the Robin Wood, I must echo Kiama and recommend it to you. It is easy to read, its not expensive, and you can find it anywhere.
