Can you name this deck?

My brother remembers me looking at a certain deck, and I apparently laughed very hard at one of the cards I saw online. But I don't remember this deck at all. This is what he remembers of one of the cards in it: It was cartoonish, with a dog on the card. It had very vivid colours, and the dog looked like it was the dog from the movie, "The Mask", when the dog was laughing after putting on the mask. That's all he can remember. Do you know what this deck could possibly be?
