Does anyone have any experience with the Pandora's Tarot? I saw some pictures of the cards on TarotGarden.com, and the artwork is stunning. Unfortunately, it's $45 because it's imported. Is it worth the money? How far is it from your traditional Rider-Waite imagery?
(And what does TarotGarden mean by "The pip cards are unillustrated"? I feel dumb, but what's a pip card again?)

pip cards are the numbered minor arcana. illustrated minors/pips is like a scene depicting action usually by people. nonillustrated pips usually show for example 10 disks or 5 cups but nothing else.

I looked at scans of this deck and fell in love but unfortunately, I don't have the money to get it right now. I think Mari Hoshizaki has it so she can comment more on it. I'm also looking forward to seeing what people have to say about it.

Thanks so much for posting this! I ended up catching the auction about an hour before it ended and got the deck for about $25. Sure, the price will probably go up at least $10 after shipping and handling to the US, but that's still pretty darn good considering Tarot Garden is selling it for $50. The pictures I've seen are so pretty (even if the minors aren't illustrated)...I'm very excited.

I paid less when they had the P sale and sometimes they include shipping and handling...so I am delighted you received a great bargain. I hope you have fun with this and look forward to your comments.
I found it quite pretty and a good mixer with small decks.

You're welcome! It is such a pretty deck, I can't wait to see your thoughts about it when you receive it! I think you are going to have nice comments about the pips also, they are THE best pips that aren't illustrated that I have seen yet. So much detail in the objects. Oohhh I'm excited for you!
