For those who have not visited the site, Jean-Claude Flornoy's restoration of various early Marseilles decks is worth a visit: letarot.com.
I have recently received his Major Arcana only versions of the Noblet and Dodal versions of the deck. The decks are on high quality cardboard, without the modern protective covering of PVA or plastics. They are an absolute delight to have.
Comparing the images with those of the originals, some have the appearance of greater angular detail than the images from which they arise - I have mentioned this in the past when commenting on various Major Arcana threads in the Historical Forum.
I would unreservedly recommend these Marseille decks to each and all... even if they do not include the minors (and how I personally wish they would!).
