I'm very encouraged by the response I've received so far regarding this deck. It represents a true labor of love which has involved over 1500 hours of work to date.
My objective was to illustrate a deck that was 1) quite traditional in its imagery, and as such be familiar and comfortable to use for reading, 2) be visually appealing for collectors, and 3) include some surprizes... In addition to the characters depicted on the cards, there are over 150 living creatures. Will you be able to find them all? I'll send some free desktop wallpapers for those who do.
Unfortunately the published deck will not be available for some time. Meanwhile additional cards can be seen on my web site, and if you have a favourite card that you're curious to see, send me an e-mail.

Ciro, it appears to me that you have succeeded in your objectives with the cards I've seen -- just beautiful. I will definitely purchase your lovely deck when it's published.

Wow, very beautiful deck!
Ciro,
On your website you mentioned a limited edition 200 deck run, signed and coming in a box. Could you tell us more about this?
Also, I was wondering if you or someone else will be writing a book to go with the deck.
Thanks,
Mimi

I have received a number of e-mails for more information. Thank you all.
My plans for the special edition are as follows. I will be finished with the artwork probably by the end of the month. I will be printing the deck in house on my own equipment. A seven color printer using archival inks on a coated luster stock. The output resolution will be 2800 dpi, which translates into an extremely sharp image and vibrant colors. Each set will be printed to order, my intention is to incorporate various modifications, i.e. change the color of costumes etc to make each deck absolutely unique. Furthermore there will be a 79th card that can include a personal message, dedication, quote, or your name.
Each deck will be signed, presented in a wooden box along with a certificate.
I don't wish to abuse this forum by turning it into an advertisment, so if any one is interested in additional information, pricing etc, please e-mail me direct.

Oh, these are just gorgeous!
My wish list is getting way too long, and my bank account is getting way too small.

Hi Cirom,
Could you please post how much you will be charging for one of these decks? I have a feeling it will be way outside my budget.
