TarotGarden.com just updated 2003 and 2004 news!
What deck or decks are you eagerly waiting for? What breathes a fresh tarot breeze your way or is renewing your interests come Solstice...or harvest-time...or next year?
Okay, Sept 2003, Golden Tarot, your time has come...And of course I was delighted to see the Gilded images online and pending publication!
I've posted on other long-awaited titles elsewhere for me...but am always willing to discuss it again! How about top three you're hopping impatiently to see? I'll have to think of the third title that I'm hoping for soon...

for me it's the golden and the radiant rider waite, too. those are the only 2 i can remember as coming out. i was at barnes and noble a few days ago. i was looking thru the tarot section and spotted a deck that i thought said golden tarot. it must have been a mirage because i pulled out the triple goddess. ach! that rush of blood to my head for nothing! LOL

edition of the "Goddess Tarot" by Kris W...it looked very cute, but I'm saving for some other things.

Yes, I saw that too...at Borders, I think.
Isn't that something USG is going to be doing more--miniturizing their more popular decks?
I think I read that somewhere here on AT...or maybe it was the Lo Scarabeo decks--now THAT would be very cool! :D

I absolutely can not wait for the Golden Tarot! It was love at first site for me. If Kat's book is anything like her website, I am sure I will love her book too. That deck is beautiful and just looking at it on line, I felt a deep connection!
That is it for me. Just that one deck, and I will be very happy. :)

I'm eagerly awaiting the Golden Tarot in October, and the Gilded Tarot next year.
Thankfully, I already have the Tarot of Prague. I suspect those three will be my favorites for a while to come.

I gave up waiting and aquired the Tarot of the Mermaids, it is really stunning. The artwork is breathtaking, my new favorite deck, at least for this week!!

Looks pretty. But I'm going to wait on that one for a bit.
Just received my Carnivale Tarot....er it was a $15.00 or so novelty item and to me, looks exactly like that. Decent booklet and probably good for a Halloween party deck.
Surprisingly, the $10.00 Predication Tarot works for me as the coloring is soft and reminds me of my di Gumppenberg picks. A gentle find.
In contrast, the Tarot of Prague is more sumptuous and beautiful upon arrival and is similar to my more expensive historical decks...as pretty as the Mantegna by Lo Scarabeo. I think it's value is up there with one of my "historical" decks produced for the City of Palermo with huge watercolor cards and operatic notes.
