Hi folks ... Does anyone know the metaphysical difference, if any, between the faeries of the Faeries Oracle and the feys of the Fey Tarot?
Thanks in advance!

I don't really have any sources to quote, but this is more of what i've gathered over the years from different disscusions and different things i've researched. The Faries in the Oracle cards are more similar to what i would call Angel-like beings, but with more of an earthly connection (ie. the live here, are native). Where as the Fey have a "darker" more mishevious disposition and are related more to The Fairy Folk, the Little People, The People of the Woods, etc. of Irish or Celtic lore. The Fey are beautiful and terrifying all at the same time. Missplaced keys, faucets that turn in when your not in the kitchen and causes the sink to overflow, lights that turn out by themselves; these are the kind of things associated with the Fey. Where as the Faries (for my personally) are more benevolent and almost guiding entities (like i said before, much more related to Angels). Like i said, i don't have any sources right now, but if you do any research on the Fey on the internet, especially related to Celtic mythology, you'll see they are usually held in respect, but with a touch of fear. "Faries" as i see them in the oracle, are more of the "fluffy", modern day version. Hope this helps!
