ID this deck?

Hi all, Browsing Ebay today brought my attention to this mystery (to me) deck... I've never seen it before, but looking at the price so far makes me think it's one I want! Does anybody know what it is? Kiama The Mystery Deck

I've purchased many OOP decks from Tarotgarden , ebay, and various other sources. Sometimes those three letters ( OOP ) are the beginning of the hunt, not the end.
