Anyone know when this will be available? Amazon is taking pre-orders. I'm waiting with great impatience for this gorgeous deck! Edited to add - Just found the thread on this deck through her web site (for some reason, my no doubt sloppy search didn't pull it up). Not until December! Or even later! Sigh.

I Emailed US Games about the deck and the Encyclopedia of Tarot #4 that was due out this fall. Here's what I got. ------------------------------------ Thank you for your note. Yes, the Encyclopedia of Tarot, 4 and Golden Tarot are due for publication. The Encyclopedia is so voluminous that it is taking the editor longer than expected to get it ready for the printer. Golden Tarot is at the printer and we have a receiving date of February 1, or a bit sooner. It's so beautifully done, I'm sure you will love it. Unfortunately, things happen such as corrections to errors, a backup in the Art Dept plus a myriad of other problems that projects don't always run according to our original schedules. We are trying to think of a better way of projecting, but we're always optimistic. Thanks again for contacting us. In the thread on the Golden Tarot, Kat Black mentions that the delay was caused by, (to quote) the 'incompatability of the gilded edges & the varnish, so USGS decided to delay release and get the problem sorted'...

I had also heard there were going to be two versions released, a small number of 'delux' with extra gold, and then the regular, but this is all hearsay, I'm not sure if that's the reason. So don't quote me on it.
