Last night I won The Norse Tarot on a ebay auction

I'm very excited and i can wait till i receive the Norse Tarot I just won in an auction last night. I would like to know if anybody here have ever used or own this deck of cards, i know this deck is out of print, i was trying to find one for a long time, now i'm wondering what are others experience with this deck.

Hi, I'd like to know what you think of it when you get it. I've been looking at it and thinking about buying it for my son for Christmas. It's a toss up between several actually, the Norse Tarot, the Viking Tarot and the Celtic Dragon. He's not real experienced or familiar with RWS, but is really enthusiastic about Tarot and Vikings. Another nice deck based on Viking and Celtic myths is the Tarot of Northern Shadows. The deck is based on The Tales of the Mabinogion a book of eleven legendary stories of Welsh folklore and history. get it, because it is out of print--I believe. I found a reading site where you can do a one card pick and it looked wonderful. The Viking cards from Lo Scarabeo are lovely, but the trade set was sent to me without the little white book, so I'm trying to come up with options for the characters. My giving the Northern Shadows and Old Path away simply was my own preference. Good design, just not my path. Mari H.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly, I'm hoping to find him a deck that has a good book to go with it. It's hard enough to really get into the cards sometimes with just a LWB. I hope I haven't waited to long!
