Can someone suggest a good set of cards with titles in multiple languages? I am specifically looking for English, French, and Spanish. Thanks.

Welcome to Aeclectic, Tyler812.
One of the decks which has titles in a number of languages is the Marseille Burdel published by LoScarabeo. Not my favourite of the Marseille versions, and certainly regret that they have also added the numeral zero on what would best have remained the un-numbered Fool.
Still, it meets your requests :)

Actually a lot of the decks (if not all, i'm not sure) published by Lo Scarebo are multilingual, such as the Fey Tarot and the Tarot of the Mermaids and the Tarot of the New Vision. Good luck in your quest!!

I would recommend the Universal Tarot by Roberto de Angelis. It is a RWS-clone deck published by Lo Scarabeo, and has titles in all of the languages that you mentioned. I have found it readily available at Borders locations, and probably many other places. It is an easy deck to learn with, any book that uses RWS images (and most do) will be compatible with this deck.
Good Luck!

The only decks I have that are multi-lingual are Lo Scarabeo decks, Tarot Art Nouveau and the Crystal Tarot.

The Hanson-Roberts is a popular RWS clone with card titles in several languages. The English titles are in a larger font, and the other languages surround the English title in a smaller font.
