First off, I want to thank everyone that posts on this board for all their help when I am picking out tarot decks, I know I dont post much, but I read alot and I value your opinions.
I am building my tarot deck collection as a tapestry of my life. I dont have many decks yet, but the ones I do have are signifigant and I use certain decks for certain readings. My daughter is about to be born and I want to buy a deck that will represent her in my readings. I wanted to go with an aqautic theme, because that is the theme of the nursery. I have looked for the Tarot of the Mermaids but I cant seem to find that available in the states (I have even checked Ebay).
What I was wondering is if anyone has any types of decks that may be on the site, but there are so few pictures I cant get an accurate representation of the overall deck, that I could look at. Im even open to any deck that I feel will convey an aqautic theme.
One final note, I have looked at the Dolphins and Mermaids Oracle deck, but I am not familiar with Oracle decks in general.
I thank you for any help anyone can give me.

The Rider-Waite-Smith deck has quite a few cards which have water scenes. And there's a RWS close variant called the Aquatic Tarot, which may or may not yet be published.

Hi Solty Dog,
Congratulations on your baby girl to be!
One of the members here dolphingirl just finished her Dolphin Daze deck. You can see it here www.dolphin-daze.com
When I read your post it was the first deck I thought of. Very aquatic.

...is indeed available in the states.
At least, I've seen it here in Arizona.
It's available at one of my favorite bookstores in Tempe, AZ.
If you are set on getting that one, PM me, and I can arrange to get it to you...
PEACE,
Tauni

She is due on Nov 18th, but if she is anything like me she will "oversleep". I am so thrilled that the Mermaid Tarot is available in the states. I only saw it on one website and the price was 20 euros. I dont even know what the dollar-euro conversion is.
Thank you so much for the well wishes and I will be PMing you tommorow, Tauni, after I tell the wife the good news. On an interesting note. I think it is amazing that the deck would come from the town where I lived when I was just a Solty Pup. That is going to make this deck all the more special.

I checked out Tarot Garden, and I must say I found a new place to look for cards. Sadly, the mermaids deck is out of stock, so Tuani and I are negotiating a trade. Thank you for that site however, as I found at least 7 more decks to add to my wish list.
