In the case of decks that I own, the language list is rather banal:
- English
- French
- English/French bilingual
- Spanish/English bilingual (Napo)
- 4 or 5 language European multi-language (various LoScarabeo decks)

I have a Daughters of the Moon deck in Dutch, and my Visconti Gold is in multiple languages, now that I think about it...
I think my Renaissance Tarot, by Brian Williams, has Italian on most of the cards.
That's all...

My mother language is French, so I have many decks from English translated in French like The Enchanted Tarot (Zerner-Farber), Good Witch Bad Witch, Goddesses Knowledge Cards. I have many french oracle decks and only one oracle in English, so far, that is The Lords Of The Rings Oracle. In a few days, I'll get The Gothic Tarot and Madame Eudora's Fortune Cards, so it will make three english tarot and oracles decks in all, and all the others in French.

Chinese
German
Japanese
Italian
French
English
Spanish.
I can read best in English. A few of my decks were based in Great Britain, so a little difference in spellings.
My next favored have Italian translations, which I am learning. Some school classes in Spanish and French help me recognize a bit here and there.
The very few that I thought would work best for art alone...two in Japanese (Passion and Kabbalah) one in German (Zufkunst) , one in Spanish (Balbi) and Chinese (Pandora)...puzzles, but pretty. I don't want to expand in these languages, but decided these decks give me good slants on different subjects.

Most of the decks available near me are in English, but I've got the Vision Tarot (French and English) and the Adrian Tarot (German and English). I tend to stick to languages that I understand (I can speak all three of those, at least a little bit!).

I have decks in German, French and English (among other languages). However, I also have some oracle decks in Hungarian, Czech and Serbo-Croat (!) and we have just given a friend who is travelling to Kiev a huge list of Russian decks that we would like to get if possible.
I would really like to find a deck in Roma (gypsy language) but I don't know if such a thing exists - and then again, I couldn't read it if it did...

Most of my decks are in English. Several of them are in four languages (English, French, Italian, German). My Swiss 1JJ deck is in French.

The majority of my decks are either English or multi-language, typically English/French/Italian/German/Spanish. I do have one that's only in Russian (Kluev Magic Tarot), one that's only in Italian (Stained Glass Tarot) and one that's only in French (Knapp-Hall Tarot). I also have one that's in English and Polish (Jasniak Tarot).
