Hi All,
This deck was one of the first I bought, and I love it to bits. I know there are others with it on this site - right?. Am I right in thinking this came out as a deck and book set, and you cant buy the book separately?
My problem is this. When I saw the deck, the cards were like new, but, no box and no LWB - I bought it anyway because I loved it so much. BUT - I would love the book that goes with it. Can anyone help? I have tried the book sites I know with no luck. If I could find an e-mail address for Chesca Potter and Mark Ryan, I would beg to them. Any ideas, anyone?
See my last try on this in 'books' http://www.tarotforum.net/showthread.php?s=&threadid=19916

Thanks Kiama,
I have this but as I understand it this is not the whole book. Although it was better than nothing. It looks as though I may have to make do with just this info - but the book would sort of complete the set..

A while ago I tried emailing Chesca Potter about the book, but the mail didn't reach her for some reason: it was returned back to me about a week later when it couldn't be delivered.
I believe many others have had the same difficulty in contacting her.
:(
My Greenwood deck also came with no book or box. :(

Thanks for the link, Kiama...
It may be worthwhile for someone to send her a brief letter mentioning that her e.mail address on the site returns an error.
Her address, which includes mention that the books are directly available from her, is located on this page of her site.

I recently sent a postcard to that address (because my emails were also bounced), and it turns out it is the address of the publisher. He was nice enough to email me and tell me that Chesca is no longer accepting mail from them. I also contacted the web hostess, and she was not able to give me more than the address on the site, either:-(

Thanks for all your efforts everyone. jmd, the link you gave gives me an error page. Looks like we've drawn another blank!!

Interesting. I just tried several avenues to access the Online Tarot Handbook site and was not able to. A real loss if it is permanently gone, as the information on the Minors was much more extensive in the Online Handbook than in the book that comes with the deck. By hitting Google's "cached" I was able to get the address for you, though, as I mentioned, I recently wrote to it myself and was not able to reach her through it. It is: P.O. Box 250 Oxford OX1 1AP England.
BTW, a nice site which has the Bow and Wheel spreads from the book, and also does electronic readings from the deck (for those of you still dreaming about owning it:-) is: http://bluejay.mind.net/gt/
Edited to add that it is now a few hours later and I'm having no trouble accessing the Online Handbook.
